This is the last of our photos from our days in the hospital, including getting our little girl ready to go home in her take me home outfit that Grandma Peg helped us find.
We will forever cherish our memories from our hospital stay - we had a lovely time there getting to know our daughter and daddy even sprung for one of those overpriced private rooms for his girls to ensure our time was as special as possible!
One of our very nice nurses, Sarah, refashioned Odette's
standard issue hospital hat with a bow which I think is so adorable. It seems fitting that she have a custom designed hat given that the hospital is on 5th Avenue and we were on the Estee Lauder floor.
And in a week of rainy days, we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day on Wednesday just in time for our walk home across Central Park. And although our little one doesn't look happy in her car seat in the last photo, she cried for maybe a minute and was content the rest of the ride home. She really is such a good baby.
